Duran Learning ("we," "us," "our") operates teachers.duranlearning.com, a web-based platform providing test preparation courses for teacher certification exams. We currently offer two courses:
Each course is sold separately and purchased from its own page. Buying one course does not grant access to the other. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Each course is offered on four plans. Prices are shown on that course's pricing page before you buy.
The 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual plans do not renew and will never be charged again. When the access period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. The exact amount, plan, and access period are shown on the checkout page and restated in your emailed receipt.
A paid plan grants you full access to the course you purchased, for as long as that plan is active.
Creating a free account gets you a real sample of the course at no cost: the first skill, a free practice test, and more. The specific free content varies by course and may change over time.
Free tier access does not expire but is limited in scope. Purchasing any paid plan unlocks all content for that course.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by logging in at teachers.duranlearning.com and going to your Account page. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately — no email or phone call required.
Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling. Once the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
The 6-Month and Annual plans are one-time purchases and so have nothing to cancel. They do not renew and will not charge you again. Access simply ends when the purchased period ends.
All payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscription payments and to the one-time 6-Month and Annual purchases alike.
For monthly subscriptions, it is your responsibility to cancel when you no longer need the service. We do not issue refunds for a subscription you forgot to cancel. We make cancelling as easy as we can — log in, go to your Account page, and cancel in one click, at any time, with no email or phone call required.
For the 6-Month and Annual plans, you are purchasing a fixed period of access up front. That payment is non-refundable in full or in part, whether or not the access is used.
If you believe there has been an error with your billing, please contact us at teachers@duranlearning.com and we will review your case.
If a monthly subscription payment fails, your access is paused until the payment is completed. We will email you, and you can restore access immediately by updating your card from your Account page. If the payment is never completed, the subscription ends and your account reverts to the free tier. Paused access does not extend your billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
All course content, including practice questions, explanations, video solutions, study notes, and software, is the intellectual property of Duran Learning. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own test preparation purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
